Leader: You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every patient's
experience is friendly, smooth, and welcoming.Appointment Management:
Handle our phone system with finesse, booking appointments and
addressing any patient questions or concerns.Insurance Communication:
Process claims and liaise with insurance providers for timely claim
follow-ups.Organized Scheduling: Keep the day running smoothly by
efficiently organizing appointment schedules.Database Management:
Assist in keeping patient records up-to-date and organized.What We're
Looking For:Dental Office Experience: Prior experience in dental
administration is essential. A strong understanding of dental
procedures, terminology, insurance processing, and patient
coordination is crucial to ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal
candidate will have a proven ability to manage patient interactions,
support the clinical team, and navigate dental software with
confidence.Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable with computers,
particularly Microsoft Office.Excellent Communicator: Outstanding
verbal and written communication skills to make every interaction
count.Problem Solver & Multi-Tasker: The ideal candidate must be able
to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently juggle multiple
responsibilities, and maintain focus under pressure while working both
