Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned cleaning tasks based on the service type (standard, deep clean, etc.)
• Follow checklists and client-specific instructions
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment that meet our standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team leads
• Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled jobs


Requirements:

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning (Airbnb, post-construction, or organizing experience a plus)
• Reliable transportation and valid ID
• Own cleaning tools and supplies preferred
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Legal ability to work as an independent contractor
