Senior Business Analyst

This is 4 days a week in the office from day 1ResponsibilitiesCollect expectations and requirements of the customerWrite user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven DevelopmentManage best practice and ensuring these practices are usedUnderstands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business clientProduce quality deliverables and meet deadlinesCustomer expectations managementUI/UX designs reviewingSpecifications (user stories) creation and reviewingBusiness requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc.Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvementDesign to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirementsRegular status reportingExperience working within Capital Market AND/OR Real Estate domainsMust have skillsAbility to work out of Downtown Toronto office 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs)Motivated and able to work independently (e.g. leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions)Solid experience with BRD’s and BRD'sStrong written communication skills, experience writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagramsStrong SQL and data analytics skillsStrong experience with user stories, UML, non-functional requirementsExperience working as a scrum masterExperience working in the financial services industryAssertive and willing to follow up on blockers and dependenciesNice to haveCertified scrum master certification is a plus
