Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:Initial design consultations as a part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget.Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP.Material selections with clients & suppliers.Management and procurement of finishes.Maintaining budgets for all selections.Coordinating materials/finish selections to sites.Overseeing templates, measures, and installation of custom details.Client communication.Experience RequiredExperience: 3-5 years of experience in residential design required, customer sales experience an asset.Technical Skills: AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability to build and maintain budgets as required. Proficiency in Revit an asset.Education: Accredited interior design program an asset.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong multitasking skills is mandatory.Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic.Valid Driver's License: Required.
