About the Role

We’re currently hiring a Retail Sales Assistant  to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating positive, engaging experiences for customers in a retail setting. You will represent well-known brands, support promotional campaigns, and help meet sales targets through exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Support daily retail operations, including promoting rewards programs, and product education
• Represent client brands confidently and accurately in all customer interactions
• Provide product recommendations and guide purchasing decisions based on customer needs
• Help meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Report customer feedback and trends to the leadership team to improve future performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
