    • Lead and/or represent OMA positions at bi-lateral tables, committees and working groups to influence planning, development and implementation of key Ontario Health Team and Primary Care Network deliverables.
    • Support the development of OMA positions for the Primary Care Action Group to influence implementation of the PCAT mandate as it relates to PCNs and OHTs.
    • Align OMA priorities with provincial stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and ensure members’ perspectives are embedded in system initiatives.
  • Team Leadership

Requirements that are important to us
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Health Administration and health care related project management experience an asset or combination of Bachelors degree and professional experiences

  • Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to support integration efforts across the Guidewire platform.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Guidewire Certification (Niseko specialization preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Guidewire integration across modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
  • Strong understanding of Guidewire integration architecture, including web services (SOAP/REST), messaging, and batch processing.
  • Experience working with external vendors, quoting platforms, broker management systems (BMS), and other third-party systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and JIRA; strong grasp of Agile methodology.

Job Description

We currently have a co-op opportunity for our System Integration & Verification team within the Land and Joint Solutions Area. As part of the team and under supervision you will work within a system integration team of 10-15 testers, performing integration and verification of software intended for use in military headquarters for planning, deployment, and battle management. This will include assisting the team in the testing of software ranging from device level firmware to user interfaces being developed for the Land Command Support System.

The responsibilities and range of activities will vary, but in general will include:

  • Assist with the review of subsystem and product requirements specifications, interface control documents, design documents and use cases.
  • Develop and execute product integration and verification test procedures of various scope and complexity based on provided product level designs.
  • Analyze, interpret and document test results and develop product integration and verification test reports.
  • Identify, investigate and document defects, and verify solutions.
  • Generate, maintain and improve lab scripts for automated testing.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable scientific discipline is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, problem solving and analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic contributor, willing to learn new skills, and takes pride and ownership of work.

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.
