Job Summary
The Director, Physician Leadership Engagement & Health System Integration works across the OMA and with physician leaders to embed a member lens and strengthen relationships with government and other external groups to influence the development and implementation of Ontario Health Teams and Primary Care Networks.

How You Will Make a Difference
Health System Transformation: Physician Leadership in Ontario Health Teams:

• Oversee the planning, delivery and execution of the OMA's OHT physician leader engagement strategy including, but not limited to, overseeing a Community of Practice as a means for increased member input, creating new partnerships with external groups and new physician leaders
• Leverage knowledge and expertise to influence and provide guidance to the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health on the development and implementation of key OHT and Primary Care Networks (PCN) deliverables, including alignment with the Primary Care Action Team (PCAT) mandate as it relates to OHTs and PCNS.
• Coach and develop physician leaders so they can advance OMA positions bi-laterally at the PSC OHT bi-lateral table and other external groups.
• Lead Physician Services Committee (PSC) OHT secretariat for the OHT bi-lateral by working cross-functionally and with government to develop strategic work plans, create opportunities to co-design solutions and build/maintain strong relationships with the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health.

Strategic Engagement and Implementation:

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of member engagement strategies by working cross-functionally to ensure physician perspectives are incorporated in organizational initiatives.
• In response to members' concerns/issues, lead in strategically escalating issues and oversee the implementation of tangible steps to mitigate issues and/or implement solutions for members.
• Oversee the development of strategic work plans for committees and other groups and lead in the execution of actionable items.

Influence government and stakeholders:

• Develop and strengthen productive and influential working relationships with system leaders and stakeholders with the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health to advance OMA positions.
• Lead and/or represent OMA positions at bi-lateral tables, committees and working groups to influence planning, development and implementation of key Ontario Health Team & Primary Care Network deliverables.
• Support the development of OMA positions for the Primary Care Action Group to influence implementation of the PCAT mandate as it relates to PCNs and OHTs.
• Align OMA priorities with provincial stakeholders such as Ministry of Health & Ontario Health to strengthen collaboration and partnership on relevant system issues to ensure members' perspectives are embedded in system initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Sr. Lead including line supervision and staff development.

Requirements That Are Important To Us

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Health Administration and health care related project management experience an asset or combination of Bachelors degree and professional experiences
• 6-9 years of proven experience in a similar senior role
• Experience working in a professional association, in a hospital and/or community setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills and proven record leading projects.
• Ability to provide multi-disciplinary team members with clarity on project goals and pathways.
• Strong listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to break down complex system problems into a sequence of manageable work packages.

The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.

Summary
We are seeking candidates that have technical solution integration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience in supporting contact centre solutions or have experience in successfully integrating technologies in other verticals/domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and/or configuration of contact centre solutions (CCaaS), which would include components that relate to Natural Language (NLU/NLP), Conversational Robot (AI – chat/voice Bots), WFM, WFO and/or Self Service IVR with call routing technologies, etc.
• Supported by colleagues, you will be assigned to projects and guided to successfully deliver/migrate technical solutions.
• You will participate in meetings, including those of clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Participate in functional/technical analysis, defining the target solution.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and automation.

Critical Qualifications

• Knowledge of Contact Centre solutions or product suites that derive from one or more of the following editors: Genesys, NICE, AWS and/or Google, as well as CRMs.
• Capability to work as a team and address customers in manner to upkeep their satisfaction throughout the whole project delivery cycle.
• Capability to manage several delivery activities simultaneously as well as priorities.
• Cloud based solution delivery experience (CCaaS, Amazon Connect, Twillio, Google).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with a wide variety of software and hardware technologies, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experienced in cloud computing architectures, such as IaaS, CCaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and experience with serverless technologies.
• English & French, spoken and written.

• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to support integration efforts across the Guidewire platform.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Guidewire Certification (Niseko specialization preferred).
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Guidewire integration across modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Strong understanding of Guidewire integration architecture, including web services (SOAP/REST), messaging, and batch processing.
• Experience working with external vendors, quoting platforms, broker management systems (BMS), and other third-party systems.

Job Description

We currently have a co-op opportunity for our System Integration & Verification team within the Land and Joint Solutions Area. As part of the team and under supervision you will work within a system integration team of 10-15 testers, performing integration and verification of software intended for use in military headquarters for planning, deployment, and battle management. This will include assisting the team in the testing of software ranging from device level firmware to user interfaces being developed for the Land Command Support System.

The responsibilities and range of activities will vary, but in general will include:

• Assist with the review of subsystem and product requirements specifications, interface control documents, design documents and use cases.
• Develop and execute product integration and verification test procedures of various scope and complexity based on provided product level designs.
• Analyze, interpret and document test results and develop product integration and verification test reports.
• Identify, investigate and document defects, and verify solutions.
• Generate, maintain and improve lab scripts for automated testing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable scientific discipline is required.
