The ideal candidate will have strong FINEOS product knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on approach to platform configuration and customization.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of a new credit protection claims product on the FINEOS platform, including platform configuration and business process setup from scratch.Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, product owners, and development teams to gather, define, and document detailed business and functional requirements.Translate requirements into FINEOS configurations, workflows, and custom rules using the Codev framework.Configure and manage FINEOS modules, with a primary focus on Claims.
